RETURN POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. For example, if your item is delivered on January 1st, you will have until January 14th to request a return. Any return requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you. Please ensure that you meet these requirements to avoid any inconvenience.

 

To initiate the return process, please email us at sales@bgmlabel.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Eligibility for Return:  

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

 

Return Shipping Costs:  

Please note that the cost of return shipping, as well as any potential import duties or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, we recommend declaring the package value as $30 to avoid customs charges.

 

Non-Refundable Items: 

*Please note that shapewear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons.*

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a separate order.

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund confirmation email. 

 

We recommend keeping your proof of postage, as it may be required for verification purposes. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
