Return Policy and Instructions
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. For example, if you received your item on the 1st of January, you will have until the 14th of January to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that all original tags are attached, and the item is free from stains or odours as well as in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept returns on soiled or damaged items. All swimwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons . If any of these items are returned to us, these will be rejected by our returns team and sent back to you.
Kindly adhere to these requirements to avoid any inconvenience. Please complete the returns slip included with your order and place it inside the package.
Whilst there is no initial fee when using our returns portal, there will be a deduction of £4.00 for UK returns when your refund is processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, we recommend returning the item back to us using your local shipping office and declaring a value of $30 for the package to minimise the possibility of customs fees. Please note we do not cover the cost of the returns amount or any import fees that may occur. Please email us for further instructions to initiate a return. Sales@bgmlabel.com.
Please note that all last chance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If any of the item/s are defective we can only provide you with a store credit.

If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
We advise you to retain your postage receipt as proof of return. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for a confirmation email regarding your refund.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, kindly place a new order as we do not offer an exchange service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@bgmlabel.com.
