PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We strive to ship your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that delays may occur if additional security checks are required.

 

UK SHIPPING

We ship via Royal Mail with the following options:

Shipping price will  be calculated at checkout. 

  • Royal Mail Next Day (Order before 3pm)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature (2-3 business days)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping via Royal Mail for international orders.

Europe:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (3-5 business days)

Europe (Non-EU):

  • Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (6-7 business days

USA, Canada, and Mexico:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (6-7 business days)

 

Rest of the World:

  • Royal Mail International Signed (6-7 business days)

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Customs charges are determined by the carrier and local regulations. Any customs fees or import duties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by BGM Label. For more information regarding potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office to avoid any unexpected fees upon delivery.

 

HELPFUL TIPS

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as BGM Label is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

  • Track your shipment regularly. If any delivery issues arise and are reported after 7 days of the shipment date, we will not be held responsible.
